PERSONALIZED 1:1 COACHING

Each training program is designed specifically to meet you where you are and help you to get where you would like to go. Running is not one size fits all and everyone has different life circumstances. Flexibility and balance are key in creating customized training for each individual athlete. I am here to motivate and empower you and keep you accountable in daily training all the way through to your goal race(s).

SPECIALTIES

I work with runners who are training for their first 5k to athletes running multiple marathons a year. I love helping athletes get consistent with running and strive to help develop mental and physical strength, endurance, speed, and running economy. You tell me your goals and I will meet you where you are and help you reach them.

I’ve worked with athletes returning to running postpartum and have experienced starting at square one after having two babies myself. I also really enjoy working with runners who seek to go after new distances, running further and faster than before. I love working with athletes who have big goals and seek to balance a full life while going after their dreams.

PHILOSOPHY

My coaching style is very communication oriented and I believe that every athlete is an individual who deserves customized training specifically focused on their life circumstances and goals. I provide daily communication, motivation and encouragement, support with selecting races, and race prep including gear and nutrition. I believe that running should bring you joy and I will be there to encourage you even when things get challenging.
